Customer Enquiry Handling: Answer customer phone calls and respond to emails, provide information about electronic component testing services, and answer a variety of customer questions about the testing process.
Problem Solving: Quickly identify and solve problems encountered by customers in the testing process, and coordinate internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
Order Management: Handle customers' orders for testing services, from receiving samples to issuing test reports, and tracking the order status throughout the process to ensure on-time delivery.
Customer Relationship Maintenance: Establish and maintain good customer relationships, regularly follow up with customers to understand their needs and feedback, and enhance customer loyalty.
Feedback Collection and Reporting: Collect customer feedback and market information, management report, and provide suggestions for laboratory service improvement.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with lab technicians, quality engineers, and other team members to ensure a smooth testing process and timely response to customer needs.

Laboratory Manager
Work location:Global

Laboratory Operations Management: Responsible for the day-to-day operations management of the laboratory, including the direction of laboratory personnel, maintenance and management of equipment, and ensuring that all operations comply with safety standards.
Quality Assurance and Compliance: Oversee the quality control processes within the laboratory and ensure that all testing and analysis are performed in strict compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements such as ISO/IEC 17025.
Budget and Resource Management: Manage the laboratory budget, control costs, and rationalize the deployment of laboratory resources, including equipment acquisition and maintenance, consumable purchases, and human resource allocation.
Team Building and Development: Responsible for building the laboratory team, including recruitment, training, career development planning, and team cohesion improvement.
Technology development and innovation: Promote the development and innovation of laboratory technology, continuously optimize testing methods, introduce new technology and equipment, and improve the laboratory's technical capability and service quality.
Customer Relationship and Project Management: Maintain good communication with customers, understand customer needs, and ensure that laboratory services can meet customer expectations and needs. Manage and coordinate all kinds of projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time.

Laboratory Technician

Sample Preparation and Testing: Responsible for preparing and configuring samples and performing a series of accurate laboratory tests to evaluate the performance and reliability of electronic components.
Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate a variety of high-precision instruments and equipment in the laboratory, including regular maintenance and calibration to ensure that the equipment is always in optimal working condition.
Data Recording and Management: Systematically record all experimental data and test results to ensure data accuracy and traceability.
Test Result Analysis: Assist in analyzing test data to help determine whether products meet specified quality standards.
Quality Control and Assurance: Implement quality control procedures, monitor and report any deviations from the specified standards, and take corrective action accordingly.

Quality Control Analyst

Data Collection and Analysis: Systematically collects quality data on processes and final products. Use statistical analyses to identify data trends and anomalies to help predict potential quality issues.
Process Audit and Optimisation: Conduct regular process audits to ensure that all processes meet predetermined quality standards. Make recommendations for process improvement and optimization based on the results of data analysis.

Test Engineer

Test Planning and Execution: Develop detailed test plans, including setting test objectives, and selecting appropriate test tools and methods. Execute test cases to ensure the performance and stability of electronic components under various conditions.
Equipment Management and Maintenance: Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of test equipment to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test instruments.
Result Analysis and Reporting: Analyse test data to identify potential problems and improvement points of the product. Prepare test reports, recording the test process and results in detail.
Troubleshooting and resolution: Diagnose anomalies that occur during testing, identify the root cause of the problem, and work with the R&D team to develop a solution.
Quality Improvement Recommendations: Propose quality improvement measures based on test results, and work with team members to promote continuous optimization of product quality.
Coordination and Communication: Communicate effectively with project teams, vendors, and customers to ensure that test requirements and results are fully accepted.

Quality Engineer

Laboratory testing and analysis: conduct testing and analysis of electronic components to ensure that all products meet quality standards and customer requirements before shipment.
Quality Control System Maintenance: Maintain and optimize the quality control processes in the laboratory to ensure that laboratory operations comply with ISO/IEC 17025 and other relevant international standards.
Failure analysis and solution: Conduct an in-depth analysis of the problems found in the test, find out the causes of failure, propose solutions, and work with relevant departments to implement improvement measures.
Technical support and customer communication: Provide professional technical support and consultation to customers, provide detailed explanations of test results and quality issues, and improve customer satisfaction.
Supervision and Documentation: Supervise the testing process in the laboratory to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data, and document the test data and analysis results in detail for future review and reference.
